Emergency Concrete Delivery:

We are committed to maintaining our strong relationships with Brisbane council and government bodies, which is why we pre-allocate several spots in our delivery schedules for council projects. This ensures that if an emergency happens, like a busted water pipe, we are able to react quickly.

The Process:

Our process for working with council bodies and government organisations is fast and simple. Start by giving us a call on 07 3888 2468 – we’ll discuss your requirements including the quantity and interval frequency that you require for your project and then book your order in.

On the day, our drivers will deliver your ready mix concrete to your Brisbane location – if they are running late they will give you a courtesy call to let you know when they are arriving, even if they are only 10 minutes behind schedule. All of our trucks also have a GPS tracking device on them, so if you require an ETA for your delivery, just give us a call and we’ll be able to tell you exactly where they are with a click of the mouse.

If you need to cancel your order last minute due to a change in weather or conditions outside of your control then give us a call as soon as possible – if we haven’t loaded the truck yet then we won’t charge you. If we have loaded the truck then we will try and redirect it to another customer where possible – you will only be charged if we are unable to send it to another customer and have no other option but to dispose of the concrete.
